Divine music

It was post 10'o clock at night when I left office. I was awaiting a cab to pick me up. It was a traditional taxi I see on roads - black Lincon. When I entered, a sad melody tone of a lady was being played. Then cab driver switched it off after 5 sec.. I was disappointed. After 20 sec, when the car stopped at a signal, I requested to switch it on. Then started the same tone, with light blend of percussion in BG(that was similar to Indian Tabla ) .
"Did you understand the song?"
"Ofcourse not.. let me guess.."
"??..."
"this lady is crying for a love who left her"
"something close... she is actually blaming him"
my mind voice - why is blaming him in such a sweer soothing tune??
"What does this lines mean - you can tell me the best lines"

"Sure, I can tell that -
you mad me cry by showing your love: its a hell
i hid all my tears and made you smile: thats my love
why then you left me?

i have one more reason to cry
but no one to love..
why you left me?"

I was dumpstuck on hearing that....
Some things are common across the world - people falling in love, people who don't understand love for say. But how come music? Given my background of just-another-music lover and the fact that I am able to get the hinch of the song by hearing the tune, music is amazing. It increases my interest on music and the very divinity associated with music.
